How It Works

1 – Schedule Your Kickoff Call

We’ll hop on a 30-minute strategy call (via Zoom) to walk through your goals, priorities, and where you need the most support. Not sure what to focus on yet? No problem—we’ll map it out together. A $200 non-refundable deposit secures your spot and goes toward your final payment.

2 – Complete the Pre-Work

You’ll send over everything I need to get the job done—brand images, copy, login details, and more. I’ll send you a checklist to make this super easy. Pre-work must be submitted before your VIP Day can be scheduled.

3 – Schedule Your VIP Day

Once pre-work is submitted, you’ll get access to my calendar to lock in your Full or Half Day.

4 – We Get It Done

I’ll kick off your day with an early morning email and keep in touch throughout. Be sure to stay accessible so we can move efficiently—we’ve got 4 hours (Half Day) or 8 hours (Full Day) to knock things out.

5 – Post-Day Support

You’ll receive a full progress update at the end of the day, and your final deliverables will be delivered by 12 PM the following day. You’ll also have up to 7 days of support for anything related to the completed work.

Some clients come in with a clear plan, while most aren’t sure where to start—and that’s totally fine. I recommend jotting down everything you’d like to get done. We’ll go over your list during the kickoff call and map out what’s realistic based on your goals. You’ll leave with clear expectations and a solid game plan.

A Full Day is 8 hours of dedicated work time—ideal for multiple priorities or larger projects. A Half Day is 4 hours and is better suited for smaller, focused tasks. We’ll decide what’s best for you during the kickoff call.

That really depends on your goals and how prepared you are heading into the day. But to give you an idea, here are some examples of what we’ve tackled during past VIP Days:

Yep. Your day is 100% yours—no juggling other clients or distractions on my end.

We’ll use Google Chat, email, or phone—whatever works best for you. I’ll send you a morning update and check in throughout the day. You’ll get a final update by email, and completed files will be delivered by 12 PM the next day.

You’ll get a full update at the end of your VIP Day. Final deliverables are sent the following day (by noon), neatly packaged and ready to use. This is also the deadline to submit the final payment. 

Look—I get it. Life be life’n. If something comes up, you’re welcome to reschedule as long as you give reasonable notice. While the deposit is non-refundable, it can be applied to a new date within the reschedule window outlined in the policy.

That happens a lot. Many clients love the results and decide to book additional Full or Half Days to keep the momentum going. I’m always happy to continue supporting you.

That’s okay—we’ll work together to get you ready. I’ll send a clear list of what’s needed and give you time to gather everything. Just know your VIP Day won’t be scheduled until I have everything I need to start.

Most clients get the best value from a Full or Half VIP Day, but if you only need a small task handled, you can book time at an hourly rate of $200/hour. Just let me know what you need, and we’ll figure out the best option for you and where you are in your journey.

During our kickoff call, we’ll map out exactly what you need and what we’ll focus on. Everything that’s agreed upon will be completed within the VIP Day window—as long as I have what I need from you promptly.


Since this is a collaborative experience, your availability during the day is important. If I need your approval to move forward on something and it takes over an hour to hear back, it may delay completion of all tasks. So I recommend choosing a day when you can be available for quick check-ins or sign-offs.
That said, as long as communication stays flowing, we’ll get it done.

The $200 deposit locks in your spot and confirms that we’re both committed to moving forward. I set aside time to prep for your VIP Day and start mapping out a custom plan based on your goals—so this isn’t just a casual chat.
